Ingredients :

● Butter 50gm
● Flour 250gm
● Vanilla essence 2 ml
● Milk 200 ml
● Baking soda a pinch
● Egg 1
● Oil deep fry
● Chocolush biscuit 1 pack

Method :

-In a bowl make a pancake batter with melted butter, milk, eggs, flour, baking soda, vanilla essence and whisk it properly.
-Keep aside for 10 min.
-Heat oil in a drip pan.
-Take chocolush biscuit dip in a pancake batter and deep fry it. Till it turns in golden brown colour.
-Dust with icing sugar on top.
-And serve it warm.
