In a food processor jar, add boiled chick peas, green chillies, ginger, and grind to a coarse paste and transfer to a bowl.2. Add potatoes, lemon juice, salt, chopped coriander, black pepper powder, corn starch, and mix well.3. Grease the palm of the hands with oil, divide the portion into equal portions and shape each portion into a tikki. Set aside.4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the prepared tikkis till golden brown and crips. Drain on an absorbent paper.5.
