Ingredients For Chole:

250 gms Chickpea / Kabuli Chana (boiled)
3 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds (Anar Dana)
1/4th tsp Hing
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
3-4 tbsp Oil
7-8 Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
2-3 Cinnamon sticks
2-3 Black pepper
2 Cloves
3 Bay Leaf
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Ingredients For Bhature:

1/2 Kg All Purpose Flour (Maida)
3 tbsp Curd
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4th tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for frying

Method:

To Make Chole:
- In a mixer grind add onions, tomatoes, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pomegranate seeds, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves & water. Grind everything to a smooth paste. Keep this masala paste aside.
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add bay leaf, hing, coriander leaves & mix masala. Give a stir.
- Add the masala paste & water. Mix everything well.
- Add the boiled chickpea, garam masala & salt. Mix well.
- Let it everything simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve!

To Make Bhature:
- In a large bowl add all purpose flour, curd, sugar, baking powder, salt & oil. Keep the bowl aside for 5 minutes to allow the ingredients to rise.
- Then add water and make a soft dough.
- Appy some oil to the dough.
- Cover the dough & let it rest in the bowl for 30 minutes.
- Make small rounds of the dough and roll into medium thin rounds.
- Deep fry in hot oil on golden color.
- Serve hot Bhatura with Chole.
