Chole Bhature is a popular & easy to make Punjabi main course dish.Share on Facebook: https://goo.gl/Sp7wkzTweet about this: https://goo.gl/c36W6wIngredients For Chole:250 gms Chickpea / Kabuli Chana (boiled)3 Onions2 Tomatoes1 tbsp Coriander Seeds1 tbsp Cumin Seeds1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds (Anar Dana)1/4th tsp Hing1 tbsp Mix Masala1 tsp Garam Masala3-4 tbsp Oil7-8 Garlic Cloves1/2 inch Ginger2-3 Cinnamon sticks2-3 Black pepper2 Cloves3 Bay LeafCoriander LeavesSalt to tasteIngredients For Bhature:1/2 Kg All Purpose Flour (Maida)3 tbsp Curd1/2 tsp Sugar1/4th tsp Baking Powder3 tbsp OilSalt to tasteWaterOil for fryingMethod:To Make Chole:- In a mixer grind add onions, tomatoes, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pomegranate seeds, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves & water. Grind everything to a smooth paste. Keep this masala paste aside.- In a pan heat some oil.- Add bay leaf, hing, coriander leaves & mix masala. Give a stir.- Add the masala paste & water. Mix everything well.- Add the boiled chickpea, garam masala & salt. Mix well.- Let it everything simmer for 10 minutes.- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve!To Make Bhature:- In a large bowl add all purpose flour, curd, sugar, baking powder, salt & oil.
