Servings -04Preparation Time - 15 MinsIngredients1 cup chickpeas boiled1 small onion chopped1 small tomato chopped 4 fresh green chilly 1 Tbsp ginger-garlic chopped2 cups chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup Mint Leaves1 Tbsp Cumin SeedsWhole Garam Masala {Cinnamon, Cardamom ,Star anise}Salt- To Taste1/2 Tsp turmeric1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp Chana masala1/2 Tsp Chat masala1 Tsp Lime juice1/2 Spinach(Blanched) 1 Tbsp Curd1 Tbsp vegetable oilFew cashew nuts for garnishMethod 1.Soak chickpea overnight and drain , pressure cook for 7-8 whistles on medium flame.Allow the pressure to release by itself before opening cooker.2. Place Green Chilly, cumin seed, ginger-garlic, mint leaves, blanched spinach, coriander leaves and little oil into a blender. Puree until smooth.3. To cook, heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cinnamon , green cardamom and star anise let it splatter then add onion Stir, and cook until the onion softens and turns translucent, add chop ginger garlic sauté then put some chopped tomatoes and sauté till they start releasing oil. further, add the garam masala powder, turmeric, chana masala , chat masala , and salt. Sauté for sometime.4.Then add puree which you have made add whisk yoghurt sauté until the masala release the oil now put cooked chickpea and ghee mix them well, cover and cook another 2 to 3 minutes. on medium-low flam. 5.
