Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup melted butter 1 ¼ cup sugar1/8 pinch of salt2-3 tsp vanilla powder 1/8 cup water (room temperature) OilMethod of preparationAdd salt, vanilla powder, melted butter and sugar in the flour.Once the granules like consistency are formed, add water to it and knead the dough.Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.Heat the oil for frying the kulkuls.Make a pea or marble sized dough balls.Once the dough is made, press it on the back of the fork and flatten it, by rolling it backwards.Repeat the process for the remaining dough and fry the kulkuls till they turn golden brown.
