1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon mixed spice (Cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger)
teaspoon salt

85grams unsalted butter, softened
95grams brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon molasses 20grams
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
