Chutney ke aloo gobhi is a spicy and delicious recipe which is very easy and quick to prepare. In this dish boiled potatoes and cauliflower are prepared with spicy coriander, garlic and chilly chutney. They can be served as snacks or starters and can be used as side dish too.INGREDIENTSOil - 2 tbspCumin Seeds - 1 tspGinger (juliennes) - 1 inchGreen Chilli - 4-5 no.Cauliflower - 1 smallWater - 1 cupSalt - to tasteTurmeric Powder - 1/2 tspCoriander Powder - 1 tspRed Chilli Powder - 1/2 tspDry Mango Powder - 1/2 tspBoiled Potato (cubes) - 2 no.Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cupMint Leaves - 1/2 cupRaw Mango - 100 gmsTomato (Cubes) - 1 no.METHOD1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and saute. 2. Add ginger, green chilli and cauliflower.3. In a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, raw mango and water and blend to a paste. 4. Add water and salt in the pan.5. Cook for 4-3 mins.6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, boiled potato and coriander chutney. Mix well.7. Add tomato, mix well. Remove in serving plate.8.
