Really simple it can be on the table in less than 5 minutes.1 cup (250 mL) water or vegetable broth⅔ cup (170 mL) coucous¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon¼ tsp (1 mL) ground ginger ¼ cup (60 mL) golden raisinsMethod:Bring water or broth, cinnamon, ginger, and raisins to boil in medium saucepan on high heat. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Fluff couscous with fork.
