The dish is served with bhakri or roti in Karwar.Ingredients:3 tbsp Oil1/4th inch Ginger4-5 Garlic cloves2 Onions, chopped1 Tomato, chopped1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder1 Cup Khube (Clams)3 tbsp Grated fresh CoconutCoriander LeavesSalt to tasteMethod:- In a pan heat some oil.- Add half crushed coriander - ginger - garlic.- Then add chopped onion and tomato. Give a stir.- Then add red chilli powder and mix well.- Add khube (clams) and again mix well.- Then add grated coconut, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.- Let it cook for 5 minutes.
