***One additional note, there is another stall at Circular Road called Authentic Hock Lam Street Popular Beef Kway Teow. It has been run by Francis' son, Edwin since 2004. Ive tried it and I didnt think it was as good as his fathers version. Ill do a future review of the Circular Road outlet if the quality changes in the future***
