Coconut Chutney (नारियल की चटनी) By Preetha | India Food Network

Thengai Chutney or Basic Coconut Chutney, is the commonly used chutney eaten with all snacks like idli, dosa and sevai. Its is famous in South India and Preetha show us how to make this versatile chutney.

Ingredients
½ a coconut chopped into pieces
1 tbsp of split bengal gram
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
Tamarind
Mustard seeds
Green chillies
Red chillies
Oil
