This Coconut Coriander Green Chutney is an all-rounder that combines wonderfully with idli, dosa and vada. While coconut is the main essence of the chutney, the greens - coriander and spinach - play a very important role in perking up the flavour and colour. Garlic also works magic with the taste. You can serve this with normal Dosa or interesting variants like Poha Dosa or Rava Dosa. This green chutney can also be used to makeCoconut Coriander Green Chutney for DosaPreparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: Nil Makes ½ cup½ cup grated coconut (nariyal)¼ cup shredded spinach (palak)2 tbps chopped coriander (dhania)2 tsp roasted chana dal (daria)2 tsp roughly chopped green chillies2 tsp roughly chopped garlic (lehsun)Salt to taste1.
