PiƱa Colada Ice Cream
Ice Cream Base Recipe: http://www.marthastewart.com/1112929/no-churn-coconut-ice-cream
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups pineapple, finely chopped
1/3 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

Add pineapple juice to ice cream base and whisk thoroughly.
Fold pineapple and shredded coconut into the ice cream mixture with the rest of the whipping cream.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Enjoy!

Blueberry Swirl Ice Cream
Ice Cream Base Recipe: http://www.marthastewart.com/1112929/no-churn-coconut-ice-cream
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup coconut sugar

In a small saucepan simmer blueberries and sugar over medium heat until they begin to burst and release their juices.
Allow blueberries to cool completely before folding them into the coconut ice cream mixture.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Enjoy!

Mocha Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Ice Cream Base Recipe: http://www.marthastewart.com/1112929/no-churn-coconut-ice-cream
1-2oz espresso, cold
1 cup chocolate chips

Add espresso to ice cream base and whisk thoroughly.
Fold chocolate chips into the ice cream mixture with the rest of the whipping cream.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Enjoy!

Chocolate Shell
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 cups chocolate chips

In a small saucepan melt coconut oil over medium heat.
Turn off heat and stir in chocolate chips until they are completely melted.
Drizzle mixture over ice cream and allow it to set for a minute.
Enjoy!
