Coconut Macaroons Recipe (Crispy Christmas Cookies with Coconut | Easy Biscuits) | Cooking with Dog

We are making crispy macaroons using lots of coconut. This quick and easy recipe has a relatively long shelf-life. How about making them along with our Christmas cake?

How to make Coconut Macaroons

1 Egg White (1.2 oz)
50g Raw Sugar or regular granulated sugar (1.8 oz)
80g Dried Unsweetened Coconut, finely shredded (2.8 oz)

* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
