Add ginger garlic.- Fry for another 2-3 mins. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well. saute for 2-3 more mins. Add tomatoes and let them become tender.- Add paneer pieces. Mix well and add curry powder and coocnut milk. Cook further for 2-3 mins and then garnish with cilantro and serve warm with Roti.
