ONE POT CHICKEN BIRYANI AND INSTANT SALANIn a pestle add 4 clovesAdd 3 cardamomsAdd 1 tsp of pepperAnd crush it slightly.And add 2 pieces of gingerAdd 5 pods of garlic And crush it.In a bowl add crushed masalaAdd 300 g of chickenAdd 1 tsp of shahjeeraAdd 1 cinnamon stickAdd 1 bay leafAdd 1 tb spn of biryani masalaAdd 5 shallotsAdd 6 green chilliesAdd ½ cup of mint leavesAdd 1 cup of curdAdd required salt and mix it.And add 1 cup of rice.Ina bowl add 2 cup of waterAnd add 1 tsp of salt and oil, mix it.Then pour in to the bowl.Rest for some time.Now put in to cooker and put on lidAnd cook for 2 whistles.Salan;-In a pan add 1tbs of oilAdd 4 red chilliesAdd 1 tsp coriander seedsAdd 1 tsp of cumin seedsAdd 1 tb spn of peanutsAdd 2 tsp of sesame seedsAdd 1 tsp of mustard seedsAdd 1 tsp of fenugreek seedsAdd onions Add 1 tsp of dry coconut powderAdd small tamarind pieceAdd ½ tsp of turmeric powderAnd roast it.Add water and jaggery switch off the flame.Transfer it to a blender jar and grind it into a fine paste.Add 3 cups of water in a pan Add grounded masala pasteAnd cook it for some time.Add 1 sprig of curry leaves 1tsp of saltAnd cook for 5 minutes.Now add ½ cup of curd, 2 boiled eggsAnd mix it.Now serve chicken biryani with salan gravy.#vahchef
