"Fried Rice & Rice Cutlet " It is an easy to make homemade recipe ( in hindi) . As things required for this recipe is very less so it can be categorized under lockdown recipe . It a quick breakfast or nashta for kids and adults. It is also a healthy recipe. This is one the best method to use leftover rice at home. In this way you will not waste food. Taste of rice cutlet is similar to veg cutlet . It is a 5 minutes recipe. It can also be treated as instant meal. You can also make this for tiffin or lunchbox for kids as it very easy to make and it is also very tasty to eat . It can also be consumed in Lunch or dinner. It is a must try recipe


Ingredients :-

For Fried Rice :-
Rice - 1 bowl
Chopped Onion 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Green Chili 1-2 tbsp
Chopped Carrot 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Coriander 3-5 tbsp
Chopped Cabbage 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Maggi Masala - 1 packet
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt for taste

For Rice Cutlet :-
Rice - 1 bowl
Bread 2 slices
Bread Crumbs for coating
Chopped Carrot 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Cabbage 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Coriander 2-3 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
Beetroot 2 tbsp
Salt for taste
Oil for deep fry
Schezwan sauce 1-2 tbsp
Mixture of water & refined flour
Maggi Masala 1 packet
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Jeera Powder 1 tsp
