Rice papper rolls:
1.Sushi rice
2.Veggies of your choice
3.Mom's marinated serrano pepper with lime and soy sauce

Veggie tacos:
1.cook corn, green bell peppers, onions, shallots and jalapeo with salt and pepper.
2. Raw veggies: red and orange bell pepper, carrots, roma tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, cilantro and mashed avocado.
3. Mix everything together and voila..... eat with lettuce or tostadas.
