This is a homemade typical Sunday lunch mutton curry relished with rice dominant with flavors of coriander. I thrown in a paste of coriander and green chili paste and the curry tasted amazing .IngredientsCardamom,cloves,cinnamon, bay leaf1/4 cup mustard oil1 tbsp coriander powder1 tbsp red chili powder 4 potatoes1 kg lamb meat3 to 4 tbsp coriander leaf ,green chili paste1/2 cup curd 3 peeled onions1 whole garlic unpeeled washed1 tbsp ginger garlic paste2 to 3 green chiliesPreparationsMarinate mutton with curdMake a paste of coriander leaves ,green chilies.Heat mustard oil and fry potatoes till golden brownTake out the potatoes and keep asideAdd the cardamom ,cinnamon ,cloves and bay leaf into oil and fryAdd the coriander paste and sauteeAdd coriander,cumin and red chili powder.Add the mutton,salt and saute till water dries and oil starts showingAdd 1 cup of water and potatoes with mutton in the pressure cookeAdd 1 whole garlic and whole onions.Pressure cook till 7 to 8 whistles or till the mutton is tender fall of bones.Serve hot with rice.Full RECIPE
