Coriander mutton curry | Indrani's Kitchen

This is a homemade typical Sunday lunch mutton curry relished with rice dominant with flavors of coriander. I thrown in a paste of coriander and green chili paste and the curry tasted amazing .

Ingredients
Cardamom,cloves,cinnamon, bay leaf
1/4 cup mustard oil
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
4 potatoes
1 kg lamb meat
3 to 4 tbsp coriander leaf ,green chili paste
1/2 cup curd
3 peeled onions
1 whole garlic unpeeled washed
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 to 3 green chilies
Preparations
Marinate mutton with curd
Make a paste of coriander leaves ,green chilies.
Heat mustard oil and fry potatoes till golden brown
Take out the potatoes and keep aside
Add the cardamom ,cinnamon ,cloves and bay leaf into oil and fry
Add the coriander paste and sautee
Add coriander,cumin and red chili powder.
Add the mutton,salt and saute till water dries and oil starts showing
Add 1 cup of water and potatoes with mutton in the pressure cooke
Add 1 whole garlic and whole onions.
Pressure cook till 7 to 8 whistles or till the mutton is tender fall of bones.
Serve hot with rice.
