This corn chowder recipe is so simple and delicious. I had been wanting to do a video on how to make chicken corn soup for quite some time, I replaced the heavy cream with organic almond milk to lighten it up a bit and it actually added a sweetness to the recipe that made it even more delicious. I also used uncured natural nitrate free bacon strips for the base of the flavor making it even healthier.
