Ingredients
Potatoes - 1/2 Kg boiled and cooled
Sweet corn - 250 grams
Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 lemon
Besan - 2 Tbsp
Green chili - 1 finely chopped
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Capsicum - finely chopped or grated
Carrot - finely chopped or grated
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 Tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tbsp or according to taste
Oil for frying
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
Fresh bread crumbs - 1 cup


Method:
• Keep 1/2 cup corn aside.
• Blend the rest corn in a mixer, without using any water, to get a coarse paste.
• Mix this corn paste in boiled potatoes.
• Mix all dry ingredients and vegetables to it.
• Add all spices.
• Add the rest of corn which we have kept aside before.
• Add fresh bread crumbs.
• Mix well and make kebab in long oval shape or the shape of your choice.
• Deep fry on low flame till golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper.
• Serve hot with green chutney.
