Learn how to make Corn Paratha, a delicious and irresistible corn recipe by Ruchi Bharani.

Who doesn't like corn? It's an all time favorite in any form. This recipe of corn paratha will definitely pinch you to try it out as it is extremely delectable and easy to make.

Ingredients:

1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
1 Carrot grated
1 Cup yellow boiled & half crushed corn
100g Paneer grated
Mint leaves
1/2 Tsp garlic paste
Salt to taste
For dough-
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp jeera
1 onion finely chopped
3-4 green chilli finely chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp oil
water as required


Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onions.
- Add boiled and roughly grind corn along with grated carrots.
- Add finely chopped green chillies, garam masala, chat masala, grated paneer, finely chopped mint leaves and salt to taste.
- Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
- Make a dough with wheat flour, water, salt and oil.
- Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Make a ball of the dough and roll it with the help of dry flour.
- Stuff it with the corn mixture and roll the paratha.
- On a hot pan, dry roast the paratha for a few seconds and later apply ghee on both sides.
- Yummylicious Corn Paratha is ready to serve!
