Add vinegar, sesame oil, Chinese black vinegar into an empty bowl2. Warm up soya milk in a pot3. Ladle soya milk into bowl of condiments4. Top with chilli oil and garnish with deep fried shallots and oilFor the You Tiao:2 frozen prata1. Cut frozen prata into even strips2. Place 2 strips on top of one another and pan fry them until puffySoya Milk Hotpot with Vegan MeatballsFor the meatballs:300g silken tofu100g shiitake mushrooms1 cup bread crumbs onions (diced)All spice, to tasteSoya sauce, to tasteSesame oil, to tasteGarlic powder, to tasteGinger powder, to taste1. Blend silken tofu and shitake mushrooms in a food processor2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, add all other ingredients and thoroughly mix it3. Hand-mould them into balls and glaze with soy sauce4. Add it into the pot while it is simmeringFor the broth:500ml Nutrisoy Soya Milk (No Sugar Added)3 kombu dashi sachets1 tbsp red misoToppings:Enoki mushroomsShimeji mushroomsShiitake mushroomsNapa cabbageTofuDaikonCarrotsKonjac noodles1. In a large pot, add soya milk and kombu dashi2. Turn heat on to medium and let it simmer for 5 minutes before removing the kombu dashi sachets3. Add in red miso and stir until well combined4. Place toppings in a pot and cover it with broth5. Bring your hot pot to a simmer and serve when the ingredients are cookedBlack Sesame and Soya Milk Pudding600ml Nutrisoy Soya Milk (Reduced Sugar) cup coconut cream cup sugar2 tsp agar agar powder2 tbsp black sesame paste1. Combine soya milk, sugar and agar agar in a saucepan2. Turn on the heat and stir continuously to avoid burning the soya milk mixture3. Bring the soymilk to a rolling boil, turn down the heat and continue stirring for 1 minute4. Take mixture off the heat5. Flavour the soya milk mixture with coconut cream and stir until well combined6. Sieve your soya milk mixture into your glass (only filling up half of the glass to form one layer)7. Add your black sesame paste into your remaining soya milk mixture and stir until well combined8. Ensure your soya milk mixture is set before pouring in your black sesame mixture9. Pour in your black sesame mixture on top of your soya milk mixture (to form the second layer)10.
