Toasted bread roundels topped with creamy crab meat mixture and cheese.CRAB CHILLI TOASTIngredients1 cup crab meat1 bird’s eye chilli6-8 white bread slicesOil for drizzling1 medium onion, finely chopped½ cup finely chopped spring onion greens1 tablespoon red chilli sauce1 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to tasteGrated mozzarella cheese for toppingMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.2. Cut roundels from bread slices using medium size cookie cutter. Place the bread roundels on a baking tray and drizzle some oil on top. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, transfer on worktop and cool.3. Combine crab meat, onion, spring onion greens, red chilli sauce, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.4. Finely chop bird’s eye chilli, add to the bowl and mix well. Add salt and mix again.5. Put a portion of prepared meat mixture over the baked bread roundels, top with some cheese and place them on a baking tray. Put the baking tray in preheated oven and bake till cheese melts.6.
