In February 2011 Adam Swanson held a range of cooking Master Classes as part of the Italian Carnavale Festival in Adelaide. During Master Class #1 Adam teaches us how to make a classic Crab Meat, Cherry Tomato and Angel Hair Pasta dish. Don't forget Adam's tip to only add fresh herbs at the end of the dish to keep them from going bitter.
