Mix together crab meat, gruyere cheese, mozzarella cheese, spring onion greens, fresh red chillies, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl. 2. Add flour and milk and mix well.3. Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared crab meat mixture. 4. Spread panko on a plate and add parsley, mix well. Spread flour on an individual plate. Pour some milk in a bowl.5. Heat sufficient oil in a pan for frying.6. Dust the stuffed mushrooms with flour, dip in milk and coat with the panko mixture.7. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.8.
