Crab Sukha Ingredients:
- 7-8 dry red chillies
- a ball of tamarind
- 1 inch of ginger
- 6-8 garlic pods
- 2 tsp of coriander seeds
- 2 tsp of cumin seeds
- ½ tsp of turmeric
- water
- 1 cup of freshly desiccated coconut
- oil
- few curry leaves
- 2 medium-sized chopped onions
- salt to taste
- 2 crabs

Method:
- Grind together - dry red chillies, tamarind, ginger, garlic pods, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric
- Add water and mix it together and grind again
- Add freshly desiccated coconut and grind again.
- Add water again and grind it into a coarse mixture
- Let the masala rest for few minutes
- In a pan heat oil and add curry leaves and onion, also add some salt and let the onions cook until they turn light golden in colour
- Add the masala and keep stirring and add little water and cook for 2-4 minutes
- Add crabs to the masala
- Add water and keep stirring
- Cook on high flame and keep stirring
- Crab Sukha Fry is ready to be served.
