Cranberry Pistachio Fudge | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This creamy fudge has an unique combination of dried cranberries and pistachios.

CRANBERRY PISTACHIO FUDGE

Ingredients

½ cup chopped dried cranberries
½ cup finely chopped pistachios
100 grams white chocolate, chopped
Butter for greasing
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup grated khoya

Method

1. Grease a barfi tray with some butter.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chocolate and mix till it melts. Add condensed milk, mix and cook for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add khoya and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pistachios and cranberries and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture in the greased tray and tap. Cover with an aluminium foil and refrigerate till set.
5. Cut into pieces and serve.
