CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE

Ingredients

125 grams cream cheese
1 cup butter + for greasing
1 cup refined flour + for dusting
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180°C. Grease a baking tin with some butter and dust with some flour.
2. Take butter in a bowl. Add cream cheese and whisk well using an electric beater. Add castor sugar and whisk till light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs gradually and whisk well. Add flour and fold well.

5. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin. Put the baking tin in a baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for
