Heat olive oil in a pan, add bay leaf, black peppercorns, celery, ginger, garlic and onions, sauté till onions are translucent.2. Add beetroot, green chillies and salt, sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 2-3 cups water, cover and cook until the beetroot is completely cooked.3. Discard the bay leaf and blend to a fine puree. Add butter, crushed black pepper and fresh cream, switch the flame and mix well.4.
