Ingredients for cream filling:
2 cups Whipping cream
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Ingredients for cream cheese filling:
1/2 cup Cream cheese
1 tbsp Green food color (gel)
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup Prepared cream
Ingredients for puff dough:
800g Flour
400g Unipuff
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
Water as required
Flour (for dusting) as required
Directions for cream filling:
In a bowl add whipping cream and sugar. Whisk until soft peaks form.
Your cream filling is ready. Set aside.
Directions for cream cheese filling:
Take prepared cream, add cream cheese, vanilla essence and food color.
Mix until well combined. Your cream cheese filling is ready.
Directions for puff dough:
In a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, oil and water as required knead it, Dough should the normal consistency.
Now cover it with the cloth and keep it side for half hour.
Now measure the unipuff (required 400g) your unipuff should the on room temperature, then with the help of cutting board place cling on it and put unipuff on it.
Tap unipuff with your hands until soft and flat.
Now cover it with cling and roll down and make it perfectly flat and keep it aside.
Then spread the flour on the surface, now bring the dough and flatten it and make a rectangle shape.
Now place the flat unipuff on dough and cover the sides and making it bookshape, then with the help of rolling pin flat it and roll down.
Slowly and patiently spread it like rectangular shape, then cover it with the cloth and keep it aside in fridge half an hour.
Now do this process at least for three times, every time you have to roll down the dough, then make bookshape and keep it aside for half an hour.
Now bring the dough and roll down with the rolling pin and make a rectangle shape.
Cut long strips and wrap them on a cone shape mold. Sprinkle powdered sugar and brush with beaten egg.
Now back in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Let it cool down before filling.
Assembling:
Take prepared rolls and fill them with prepared cream and cream cheese mixture with help of a piping bag.
Your tasty cream rolls are ready to serve.
