INGREDIENTS

1 litre Milk
2 (1/4 cup Deseeded) Sitaphal
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tablespoon Condensed Milk
2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
A pinch Saffron
1 tbsp Almonds
1 tbsp Pistachios
1 tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp Raisins
2 tsp Charoli

Method:

1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and reduce it to half the quantity.
2. Now In another pan heat Vimal Pure Desi Ghee followed by nuts and raisins, and cook it until golden brown, turn off the flame and add some milk to allow it to cool for a while.
3. Now in the reduced milk add condensed milk and stir it well, till the thick milk sticks to back of your spoon.
4. Now add saffron followed by cardamom powder and further reduce it.
5. Now lower the flame and add deseeded custard apple and mix well.
6. Add sugar and cook for another 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame.
7. Now add the golden fried dried fruits in the basundi and Remove the pan from heat and let it cool.
