Creamy cheese samosa
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cottage cheese grated 1 cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ¼ cup
-Hari pyaz (Spring onion) green part ½ cup
-Hara dhania (Green coriander) chopped 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped 2 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Olper’s cream ¼ cup
-Samosa patti
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs + Pani (water)
-Oil for frying

Directions:
-In bowl,add cottage cheese,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,spring onion,coriander,green chilies, black pepper,salt and Olper’s cream,mix well.
-In small bowl,add all-purpose flour and water,mix well to form a paste.
-Take samosa patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour + water paste.
-Similarly make 12-15 samosas.
-In wok,heat oil and fry samosa until golden brown.

Ajza:

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Samosa patti
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs + Pani (water)
-Oil for frying

-Bowl mein cottage cheese,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,hara pyaz,hara dhania,hari mirch,kali mirch,namak aur Olper’s cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha paste tayyar ker lein.
-Samosa patti la ker pocket bana lein aur filling ko center mein bhar dein aur samosa ki shape bana lein,corners ko maida + pani ka paste sa seal ker lein.
-Is he tarhan 12-15 samosay tayyar ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil garam karein aur samosa ko golden brown fry ker lein.
