Creamy Chicken and Veg Pizza | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This White Garlic Chicken and Vegetable Pizza has the favorite creamy white garlic sauce and the BEST homemade pizza crust!

CREAMY CHICKEN AND VEG PIZZA - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

1 cup cubed boiled chicken
7-8 button mushrooms, sliced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into triangles
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into triangles
Boiled corn kernels for topping
Pizza dough as required
Oil for greasing
1 tablespoon refined flour + for dusting
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup milk
Salt to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese as required
Grated processed cheese as required

Method
.
1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
3. Place each ball on worktop, dust some flour on top and roll out to make a thin disc. Place on the greased baking tray, cover with damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 10 minutes.
4. To prepare white sauce, heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add 1 tablespoon flour and sauté for 30 seconds. Add milk, whisk and cook till it thickens. Remove from heat, add salt and whisk well.
5. Spread some white sauce on proven dough. Top with some mushrooms, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, corn kernels, chicken cubes, some mozzarella cheese and processed cheese.
6. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
