Creamy Chicken Casserole | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE - (Serves - 4)

Ingredients

1 cup grated processed cheese
450 grams boneless chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
8-10 button mushrooms, sliced
1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ cup chicken stock
Salt to taste

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180ºC.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté well.
3. Add chicken, mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add mustard, mix well and cook. Add chicken stock and salt, mix and cook till semi-dry.
5. Transfer the mixture into a glass baking dish and top with cheese. Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
