Creamy Garlic Chicken Breast
(Nurpur-Cream)

Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Parmesan powder ½ cup

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken Breast (boneless) 4-5
Salt (each side) a pinch
Black pepper (each side) a pinch
Garlic powder (each side) a pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Nurpur Butter 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Garlic Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
Nurpur Butter 3 tbsp
Onion (chopped) ½ cup
Garlic (chopped) 1½ tbsp
Chicken Stock 1½ cup
Nurpur Dairy Cream 1 cup
Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Cooked Chicken Breast
Parsely (for garnish) as req

Directions for Flour Mixture Preparation:
1. Mix flour and parmesan cheese in a bowl/plate. Your Flour Mixture is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
2. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rest for 10-15 minutes.
3. Coat the seasoned chicken in flour mixture and keep aside.
4. Heat oil and melt butter in a pan and cook coated chicken breast for 3 minutes from each side until cooked through over medium to low flame. Keep aside.
Directions for Garlic Sauce Preparation:
5. In the same pan add more oil and butter. Sauté onion until soft and translucent.
6. Add garlic and saute for another 30 seconds.
7. Add chicken stock and simmer for 2 minutes. Add cream and mix well.
8. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium flame.
9. Add cooked chicken and let simmer over low flame until sauce has thickened.
10. Garnish with parsley. Serve as it is or with pasta.
