Ingredients:

Pesto sauce recipe
Extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup
Garlic 8 -10 cloves
Pinenuts/walnuts/Almonds/Cashews -1/4th cup
Parmesan cheese- 1/4th cup grated
Fresh basil leaves- 2 cups
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper tsp

Store upto 10 days in a air-tight glass container in fridge.

Cooking pasta -
Pasta - 2 cups
Water 5 cups
Salt - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Reserve pasta water

Pesto Pasta
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped
Pesto sauce - 4 to 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli flakes- 2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Boiled pasta
Reserved pasta water - 1/4th cup
Cherry tomatoes - 1/4th cup
Basil leaves
Fresh cream - 2tbsp
