Crepes with Blueberry Jam & Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients:

Crepe Batter:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
1 large egg or 2 small/medium eggs
1 tbsp sugar
small pinch of salt

Blueberry Jam/Compote:
1 cup blueberries
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup water

Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp lemon zest
