Crispy Baby Corn Chilli | Indo Chinese Baby Corn Chilli Recipe | Restaurant Style Baby Corn Chilli | Plates Of Love

Ingredients

Sliced babycorn - 250 gms
Sliced capsicum-1 cup
Sliced onion - 1 cup
Sliced carrot - 1 cup
Sliced beetroot - 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Slit green chilli - 5 pods
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Tomato sauce according to your taste
Green chilli sauce
Soya sauce
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds ( til)
Oil to fry
Water to make paste


Process

1. Cut babycorn in long pieces
2. Add 3 tbsp cornflour and 1 tbsp salt in it
3. Add 3 tbsp water and coat babycorn with cornflour
4. Deep fry it and make it crispy
5. Pour oil in pot
6. Add garlic, chilli, and all the chopped vegetables
7. Saute well
8. Add salt in cooked vegetables
9. Add all the sauce in it
10. Mix well
11. Add 1 tbsp cornflour
12. Add fried babycorn and mix properly
13. Sprinkle sesame seeds
