Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Beef undercut 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 & tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Cornflour 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Dark soy sauce 1 tsp (optional)
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Honey 1 tbs
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) julienne 3-4
-Thai red chilli julienne 3-4
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves

Directions:
-Cut beef undercut into thin strips.
-In a bowl,add beef undercut,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,egg,salt,black pepper powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-Coat each beef strips with cornflour & set aside.
-Grease preheated air fryer basket with cooking oil,place marinated beef & brush oil.
-Air fry at 180C for 6-8 minutes,flip in between & continue air frying for 4-6 minutes.
-In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,vinegar,honey,water,salt,red chilli crushed,whisk well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & saut until light golden.
-Add capsicum,onion & mix well.
-Add sauces mixture,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Now add air fried beef,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add green chillies,thai red chillies,sesame oil & mix well.
-Garnish with spring onion & serve with fried rice!

-Bowl meim beef undercut,adrak lehsan paste,soy auce,anda,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Beef strips ko cornflour mein ache tarhan coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Preheated air fryer basket ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur marinated beef rakh ker oil sa grease ker lein.
-180C per 6-8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein,bech mein flip karein aur 4-6 minutes kliya mazeed air fry ker lein.
-Bowl mein tomato ketchup,soy sauce,dark soy sauce,sirka,honey,pani,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker light golden ho janay tak saut ker lein.
-Shimla mirch aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Sauces mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Ab air fried beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirchein,thai red chilli aur til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz sa garnish ker lein aur fried rice ka saath serve karein!
