Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkApp IngredientsMultigrain bread slices: 4Finely chopped onion: 1/2Finely chopped bell peppers: 1/4 cupPaneer: 3 to 4 cubesSalt to tasteKissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 & 1/2 tablespoonCoriander chopped: 1 teaspoonCanola oil: 2 teaspoonBoiled corn: 30gA few drops of waterMethod of PreparationTake a bowl and combine the corn, paneer, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt and bell peppers & coriander (optional). Mix well.Now, put the gas flame on to heat a panMeanwhile, take the slices of bread and cut off the edges and sprinkle a little water on 1 slice of bread and flatten out slightly with a rolling pin being careful not to tear the bread. Repeat with other slices.Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre of 1 slice of bread closed with another slice using a little water on the edges if needed to bind. Crimp the edges close with a fork.Shallow fry in oil on a hot non-stick tawa till golden and crisp on both sides.
