CRISPY CAULIFLOWER BURGER | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Burger buns stuffed with crispy fried cauliflower, topped up with mayonnaise dressing, juicy tomatoes, and onion slices will be a feast for vegetarians.

Ingredients used in CRISPY CAULIFLOWER BURGER
• Cauliflower - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Maida - 1/4 cup.
• Corn flour - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Burger buns - 1 number.
• Mayonnaise - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Lettuce - 1/2 teaspoon.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Onions rings - 3 number.

Method:
1. Firstly cut the cauliflower into thin half pieces.
2. Season it with salt, chili powder, pepper powder, mixed herbs, all-purpose flour, corn flour and coat it well.
3. Now dip the cauliflower in a cold water and repeat the process again.
4. Then fry it in a hot oil till it is crispy and gets a nice color.
5. Now place the cauliflower on a toasted bun, top it up with mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, lettuce, tomato, onion rings
6. Finally, cover it up with another bun and serve.
