Crispy & Juicy chicken legs!! What's better? Follow this easy and simple recipe for this great dish.

CRISPY CHICKEN LEGS

Ingredients

4-8chicken legs
Melted butter for greasing, brushingand basting
½ cup refined flour + for dusting
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
½ teaspoon garammasala powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup breadcrumbs

Method

1. Preheat oven at 200ºC. Line a baking tray with an aluminum foil. Grease with some butter and dust some refined flour.
2. Pat-dry the chicken legs using an absorbent paper and prick all over using a fork.
3. Take chicken in a bowl. Add salt, ginger-garlic paste, garammasala powder, paprika powder and dried oregano and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Break egg in another bowl, add salt and crushed peppercorns and whisk well.
5. Spread ½ cup flour on a plate. Add sugar and salt and mix well.
6. Spread breadcrumbs on another plate.
7. Coat each marinated chicken leg with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Put them onto a greased baking tray and brush some butter on top.
8. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, baste with some butter and bake again for 10 minutes.
9. Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 10-12 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
