Crispy fish burger
Ingredients for fish marination:
Fish fillets 4
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for dipping mixture:
Flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chilled water as required
Ingredients for sweet chili sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Honey 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1 ½ tbsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
Garlic (minced) 1/2 tbsp
Ingredients for flour mixture:
Flour 500g
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Assembling:
Burger buns as required
Mayonnaise as required
Onion (sliced) as required
Red cabbage (shredded) as required
Lettuce leaves as required

Directions:
Marinate fish by adding fish, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice in a bowl and marinate the fish fillet in it for 15 to 20 minutes.
For dipping mixture in a bowl add flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, chili sauce, water and whisk until a fine paste form. Keep in refrigerator until used.
For sweet chili sauce mix mayonnaise, honey, salt, red chili flakes, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard paste and garlic in a bowl. Your sauce is ready set aside.
For flour mixture in another bowl add flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, ginger powder and mix all these ingredients well. Set aside.
Take fish fillet firstly coat in flour mixture then dip in chilled dipping mixture for few seconds. Dust again in flour mixture press it a bit to make flakes and remove the excess.
Heat oil in a pan at 160 degrees and deep fry your fish in it for about 4 minutes or until light golden brown on medium flame.
Take burger buns, spread mayo on them and place your fried fish on top. Top it with lettuce, onion, cabbage and drizzle sweet chili sauce on top. Cover with bun and its done.
Your tasty crispy fish burger is ready to serve.
