Duncan Robertson whips up a crunchy Thai fried fish salad. The hero of this dish is Alfa One Rice Bran Oil made in Thailand. Rice bran oil is a superb frying oil due to it's high smoke point and has a very light flavour. The addition of coriander and kaffir lime leaf to the batter gives this a real Thai twist.
