Today we have a special video where we have three special guests in our studio which includes Neena Kulkarni, Sai Deodhar & Samidha Guru promoting their new movie 'Mogara Phulala' releasing on 14 June.
We are going to make Special Crispy Moong Dal Chi Bhaji with them.
Moong dal ka bhajiya is a snack recipe and also a perfect monsoon recipe. When you don't want to have something as heavy as a pav snack, switch to these petite moong dal bhajjis. The crushed peppercorns and coriander seeds give these crisp dumplings their characteristic flavor.
Crunchy and tasty Bhaji made with moong dal or skinned split green gram. Moong dal Chi Bhaji is one of the most enjoyed tea time snacks in India. Moong dal chi bhaji is very delicious and very flavorful.

Ingredients:
Green Gram Paste
Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp crushed Ginger
1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
Coriander Leaves
Salt
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
2-3 Green Chilli

Method: Let's start with taking Green Gram to paste in the bowl with Onion (chopped), Ginger & Garlic (chopped), Coriander Leaves, Salt (as per the taste), Turmeric Powder, Green Chilli. Next mix it together properly, now heat up the Oil and then add small fritters of the paste. Next fry them with the Oil, then remove the Fritters into the serving the plate and your Moong Dal Chi Bhaji is ready to serve.
