Ingredients for Lachha Paratha Dough:
Maida (All purpose flour / whole wheat flour) 2 cups = 500 g
Veggie cooking oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or as per taste
Direction:
Keep adding a little water & prepare a soft dough 1:00
Knead it until it becomes extremely soft 1:33
Cover the dough & keep it aside for 30 minutes 1:41

Ingredients for Keema
Salt 1 tsp (as per taste)
Red chili powder 1 Tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/3 Tsp
Homemade Ga-ram masala ½ tsp
Chicken Keema (minced meat) ½ kilo = 500 g
Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped 5 tbsp
Green chili 3 to 4
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Veggie cooking oil 3 tbsp

Marinate the Chicken Keema (minced meat) :
In a large bowl add Chicken Keema (minced meat) ½ kilo = 500 g, Salt 1 tsp (as per taste), Red chili powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder ½ tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp,Homemade Ga-ram masala ½ tsp,Lemon juice 3 tbsp and Yogurt 3 tbsp, mix it well, rest for 30 minutes. Turn the flame ON and heat a Pan, add veggie cooking oil. Add the marinated chicken keema, stir it regular intervals till its color become white. Now cover the pan and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes on low heat. 3:33
After 6 minutes open the lid and add fresh green chili & finely chopped coriander leaves. 3:51
Mix it and let it cool, then chopped the cooked chicken/mutton minced in the machine to make a fine paste.
Now make a medium size 4 paratha's from the ready dough. divide and 4 equal size ball and give it a round shape. 5:03
Flatten it with your hands very softly and use the dry flour dust, roll it out in a round paratha one by one. Apply a little cooking oil or butter on the rolled out paratha. Spread the flour and roll it as shown in video 5:35
Let it rest for 15 minutes, so it is easy to make a flaky and crispy paratha. After 15 minutes flatten the paratha balls with your hands very gently. Spread 3 tbsp on each flattens paratha dough and join the endings of both flatten the dough as shown in the video at 7:36 s
Heat the pan, add 1 tsp of veggie cooking oil, and put the paratha over the pan very carefully, flip the paratha with short regular intervals, till its turn into light golden brown in color.
