Crispy Potato in Barbeque Sauce is a snack item which is enjoyed by people of all age group.
Barbeque sauce is a ubiquitous condiment in the Southern United States and is used on many other foods as well. You can prepare the sauce using simple ingredients as shown in the video without much of a hassle.
Fries are more simple to make as you just need to cut the potatoes into batons and deep fry, but we have given the traditional fries a twist by making the coating more crispy and tasty which compliments well with the barbeque sauce.

Ingredients
•Potatoes-3Whole (Cut into Batons)
•Vegetable Stock-400ml
•Sugar-40gms
•Tomato juice-90ml
•Tomato Ketchup-20ml
•Tobassco Sauce-10ml
•Rice Wine-15ml
•Worchestershire Sauce-20ml
•Soya Sauce-5ml
•Chilly Paste-25gms
•Paprika Powder-1Tsp
•White Pepper Powder-2Tsp
•Flour-50gms
•Corn Flour-40gms
•Garlic-10gms
•Salt-To Taste
•Water as required

Method
For the Barbeque Sauce:
•Take Vegetable stock, add sugar, tomato juice, chilly paste, red wine, worchestershire sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, paprika powder, white pepper powder & salt.
•Cook till the sauce become nice & thick.

For the Potato Fries
•Cut potatoes into batons
•Make a batter for the Potato Fries using flour, corn flour, garlic, white pepper powder, salt & water.
•Put the cut potatoes in the batter and evenly coat all the fries.
•Deep fry the potatoes
•Heat up the prepared Barbeque sauce and sauté the fried potatoes in it.
•Garnish it with coriander leaves
