Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 3 medium
-Zeera powder (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Baking powder tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Water Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs or as required

Directions:
-In a bowl,add onion,cumin powder,red chilli powder,chaat masala,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,baking powder,carom seeds,salt,green chilli,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add gram flour,gradually add water & mix well,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil,onion pakora batter & tawa fry on medium low flame from both sides until golden brown & crispy.
-Serve with chutney!

-Bowl mein pyaz,zeera powder,lal mirch powder,chaat masala,haldi powder,sabut dhania, baking powder,ajwain,namak,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Baisan aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka dhak dein aur 15-20 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Tawa per cooking oil aur pyaz pakora batter dal dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per dono sides sa golden brown & crispy ho janay tak tawa fry ker lein.
-Chutney ka saath serve karein!
