Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3-4 medium
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) finely chopped Cup
-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped Cup
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) finely chopped Cup
-Sweet corns boiled Cup
-Breadcrumbs 2 tbs or as required
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Dried oregano tsp
-Hot sauce 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Dried oregano tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Water Cup or as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well.
-Add capsicum,carrot,spring onion,sweet corns,breadcrumbs,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder,dried oregano,hot sauce & mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take mixture (60g) & with the help of popsicle stick make a lollipop shape.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,dried oregano,salt,water & whisk well.
-Now dip lollipops in flour mixture & coat with breadcrumbs.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy (makes 10).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Shimla mirch,gajar,hara pyaz,sweet corns,breadcrumbs,kali mirch powder,namak,lehsan powder,dried oregano aur hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein,60g mixture lein aur popsicle stick ki madad sa lollipop shape bana lein.
-Bowl mein maida,cornflour,dried oregano,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab lollipops ko maida ka mixture mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 10).
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
